It started in 1974 in Mexico.

Padel became a widely popular sport in Spain, and since 2005, it has had its own world championship, the World Padel Tour.

Padel currently has over 10,000,000 players, making it the fastest-growing sport in the world.

2 Padel courts

Padel courts meet the strictest construction standards set by the Spanish company Manza Sport and Bulsham Group Eood. Featuring top-quality surfaces and state-of-the-art lighting, all courts are designed to ensure the ultimate Padel experience.

A Padel court is approximately half the size of a tennis court and is surrounded by glass walls, allowing the ball to bounce off them. Scoring follows the same system as tennis, but Padel balls, although similar, have lower pressure.

The game is always played in doubles (two players per team), making it highly social and fun. During the match, the ball can bounce once on the ground before hitting the walls or the metal mesh.

Players can use the walls strategically, bouncing the ball off them to confuse opponents or create better return angles. However, if the ball hits the wall before touching the ground, it is considered out.

Padel is ideal for everyone because it is easy to learn, requires no prior experience, and focuses more on strategy and positioning than power. The use of walls and the smaller court make it less physically demanding compared to tennis.

Additionally, due to the nature of the game, fast-paced rallies and spectacular plays keep the excitement high, making Padel an exhilarating experience for all ages and skill levels.
